2011 Volunteer of the Year
Congratulations to our Volunteer of the Year, Dotty Boucher.
This year's recipient was announced at the annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner, held on Thursday, April 14. Dotty received a lovely presentation bouquet, a $100 American Express Gift Card, a recognition certificate and the Volunteer of the Year pin. The staff at Dracut Family Health happily and without hesitation nominated Dotty for this award and this is what they had to say:
"Dotty is always kind, courteous and helpful not only to staff, but to the patients.
Dotty comes to our office on Fridays from 9 am - 1 pm. She arrives promptly and always
with a smile. Dotty works with both the front office staff and the clinical staff.
The front office gives her many different projects to do including making patient
appointment reminder calls. Throughout the year, we receive many compliments on how
friendly and courteous Dotty is on the phone. She prepares lots of new patient packets
for us each and every week. She has mastered the art of scanning documents. Dotty assists
the clinical staff by preparing various packets along with a variety of other tasks.
Dotty always goes above and beyond. Last year we gave her a big project related to
E-Clinical, Dotty got the entire project done in one morning. We have also seen Dotty
escorting patients back to the waiting room if they cannot find their way out of the office.
We at Dracut Family Health are lucky to have Dotty in our office."
Please join all of us in congratulating Dotty on her award and to thank her for
all she does for our patients and staff at Saints Medical Center.
