Listed below are the many ways to make a donation to Saints Medical Center:
Memorial Tribute/Donation
Any amount donated to the Medical Center through the Foundation as a memorial or tribute to a special individual or loved one is gratefully accepted.
Annual Appeal and Sustaining Appeal
These appeals are conducted every year as a convenient way to support your local hospital on a regular basis. Gifts made to these appeals support various programs as well as ongoing renovations.
Major Gift Program
A program designed to encourage individuals to give according to their income level.
Planned Giving
Planned giving is designed to educate and guide individuals in the best tax saving methods for their individual needs. This program requires careful planning and timing with the help of a team of professionals specializing in financial planning and the Saints Foundation management team.
Named Memorial/Tribute Fund
A named memorial fund is made with an express purpose determined by the donor and the Saints Medical Center Foundation. A gift of $10,000 is the minimum amount to begin a named fund, which must be fulfilled within one year. In order to maintain the fund, a minimum of $5,000 must be added annually.
Permanent Named Memorial/Tribute Fund
Gift of at least $100,000 may be pledged to establish a permanent fund, the purpose of which will be determined through consultation and agreement between the donor and the Saints Medical Center Foundation. Three years are allowed to fulfill the pledge.
Matching Gifts
Numerous corporations have matching gift programs through which an employee's charitable gift will be matched in varying amounts by their employer. Donors are urged to obtain their employer's matching gift form and forward it along with their contribution to Saints Foundation.
