Palliative Care Consultation Service   

Through Saints Palliative Care Consultation Service (PCCS,) patients with any life-limiting illness have an opportunity to collaborate with our clinical experts to ensure that dignity and symptom/pain management will be addressed and that quality of life will be the goal. The Palliative Care Consultation Team consists of Nurses, Physicians, Case Managers, Social Workers, Chaplains, Pharmacists, etc. who have been trained in palliative care. Their mission and purpose is to provide physical, spiritual, emotional and psychosocial support for patients and their families.

In partnership with your primary care Doctor, the Palliative Care Consultation Service provides expert treatment of pain and other symptoms; close, clear communication; help with navigating the healthcare system; guidance with difficult and complex treatment choices; detailed practical information and assistance; emotional and spiritual support for you and your family. This Service is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
