Our Diabetes Education and management department here at Saints Medical Center is available to you with a referral from your physician. Our expert staff will help you to understand diabetes and to partner with you, and your family, as you learn to live with this disease process.

Diabetes Live and Learn Educational Group

This group meets every second Thursday in the First Floor Conference Room at Saints Medical Center from 6 - 7 pm.  No registration is needed.
