Directions: Take Route 495 to Exit 38 (Route 38). Follow Route 38 toward Lowell for approximately 2 miles. At the fork, bear right at the light and follow to the second stop light. Take a left onto East Merrimack Street, and a right into the Medical Center campus.

Directions: Take 495 to Exit 40 B toward Lowell/Lawrence. Take Route 4 N to exit 33 toward N. Chelmsford. Turn left onto North Road and then right onto Parkhurst.

Directions: Take Route 495 to EXIT 40B toward Lowell/Lawrence. Take the Lowell Connector/US-3 N exit- EXIT 35A-B-C- toward Nashua then take the US-3 N exit- EXIT 35B-C. Take Exit 35C on the LEFT. Merge onto the Lowell Connector and turn left onto Gorham Street. Gorham Street becomes Sheraton Way, which becomes Central Street. Turn slight right onto Prescott Street Stay straight to go onto Bridge Street.

Directions: Take Route 495 North to Route 93 North then to Route 213 Methuen. Take second exit (Pleasant Street/Howe Street). Go left at the end of the exit and through the next set of lights. MVDC is one mile on the right.
