Be sure that you understand and follow all post-appointment instructions provided by your health care team, including how to obtain test results and any follow-up appointments you may need to make. Should you have any questions after your visit, please contact your physician’s office.

As part of our continual improvement process, you may receive a questionnaire asking for your evaluation of the care you received while at the hospital. We hope that you will take the time to complete the survey. We want to know how we are doing and your comments help us to improve patient care and to offer the best service possible. It is our goal to exceed patient expectations, and we want to know how we can improve to meet that goal for every patient who comes to Saints for care.
