Follow-up Care

You will be contacted by a hospital representative shortly after your discharge to inquire about your recovery. To help ensure a successful recovery period at home, it is essential that you follow all discharge care instructions provided by your health care team. Please inform the hospital representative or contact your physician’s office directly should you have any concerns regarding your recovery. Be sure to keep any follow-up appointment you may have with your doctor.

As part of our continual improvement process, you may receive a questionnaire asking for your evaluation of the care you received while at the hospital. We hope that you will take the time to complete the survey. We want to know how we are doing and your comments help us to improve patient care and to offer the best service possible. It is our goal to exceed patient expectations, and we want to know how we can improve to meet that goal for every patient who comes to Saints for care.
