On the Day You Leave

Going home from the hospital is an important transition day in your care. We want to help make this time as easy as possible for you. It is our goal to discharge patients by 11 am. We ask that you arrange to have any family members or friends who will be driving you home to arrive at the hospital prior to 11 am on your day of discharge.

Before you leave, please be sure to check your room thoroughly for any personal belongings. Remember to retrieve any items that you may have had stored in the hospital safe. At your time of departure, you will be escorted by wheelchair to the Main Lobby, where we will make sure you leave the Medical Center safely.
