Telephone and Television Service

Telephone and television service is available in your room. Local calls can be made free of charge. To make outside calls from your bedside, dial 9 + 1 + area code + number. All out-of-state calls must be placed through the hospital operator. You will be responsible for the cost of long distance calls. To ensure there is no interference with diagnostic and treatment equipment, the use of cellular phones within the hospital is restricted in certain posted areas.

Television service is provided free of charge. Each television has a remote control unit and pillow speaker for patient convenience. Patients have access to 21 channels.  In addition, VCRs have been placed at various nurse's stations for patient education.
