Concerns and Complaints

At Saints Medical Center, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you have a concern or a problem, please tell your nurse or physician. Our staff is here to answer your questions, to offer support, and to inform you of available resources.

If you have concerns regarding your care that have not been answered by your nurse or physician, please contact Customer Service at 978-934-8255 to file a complaint or grievance. The Administrative Supervisor is available to assist with complaints or grievances on off-shifts and weekends/holidays and may be reached by dialing “O.”
