Eight Week - Bereavement Support Group
Are you struggling to come to terms with the recent death of a loved one? Move forward in the grief process as you share your feelings, concerns and get support as you learn about the grief process in this 8 week support group.

Helping Hands
Saints Medical Center also invites people with chronic health conditions to join the Helping Hands support group. Helping Hands is a group of people, who have chronic health conditions who meet monthly to help each other deal with the ups and downs of living with a health condition. Learn to Cope
is a support group for parents and family members dealing with a loved one addicted to heroin, oxycontin and other drugs. A support group is now meeting at Saints on Wednesdays from  7 - 9 pm in the Residence Building, First Floor. Look Good Feel Better
"Look Good Feel Better" is a program of the American Cancer Society that helps women in active treatment manage appearance related to side effects of cancer treatment, assist in maintaining a sense of self confidence and control in their lives. The free program teaches cancer patients hands-on techniques to help them cope with appearance-related side effects from chemotherapy and/or radiation treatments. Wig care, scarf and hat use, skin care and nail care will all be discussed. All participants will receive a free make-up kit. Registration is required. Call Heidi Parker at 978-934-8473. My Life, My Health

My Life, My Health is a six-week workshop meeting on Wednesdays at Saints Medical Center. It is for anyone living with an on-going medical condition and also for caregivers. Chronic disease, pain and discomfort can limit many of the activities you enjoy. Manage your chronic disease with group support. Women's Cancer Support Group
