Only registrations accompanied with payment will be accepted. Payments may be made in two ways:

Credit Card: Website registration through this module will record your registration with credit card payment only.

Check: If you would like to register and pay by check, please call 978-934-8591. Space will be held for 48 hours. Please make checks payable to The Caring Well Institute and send to:

Employees:  If an employee is registering online, please use either the Hospital address or indicate Saints for the company status.

IMPORTANT: Our Healthcare Provider courses fill up very quickly. If you register online and do not use your credit card to make payment in full, then payment must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the class. If payment has not been received 48 hours prior, your name will be removed from the class roster and placed on a waiting list. You may call the Caring Well Institute at 978-934-8591 for information on class availability if you have not paid 48 hours prior to the class.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will only be made if 48 hours notice is given prior to the class.
